FIBO is an art education program funded & organized by the PTO. It includes a monthly assembly where students learn about master artists (Monet, Picasso, etc) and in-class instruction where students get to create their own artwork in that style.





Jiji is the beloved penguin of ST Math. ST Math is game-based instructional software for K-12 and is designed to boost math comprehension and proficiency through visual learning with a nonlanguage-based approach.





Razz Kids is currently in use by lower core students at Gisler. With it, your student will access text specifically matched to their reading level. Every eBook allows your child to listen to the text, read it back at their own pace, and record themselves reading. The corresponding quiz tests comprehension and helps the teacher determine future instruction.





CGI stands for Cognitively Guided Instruction. It is an educational philosophy applied to the content area of mathematics. CGI is based on 20 years of research and is focused on mathematical problem solving.




Brain Pop & Brain Pop Jr.

Brain Pop and Brain Pop Jr. are animated educational subscription based websites that the PTO makes available for classroom use when requested by our teachers. Brain Pop has content videos for Science, Social Science, English, Math, Arts, and Music.




Scholastic Magazines


Scholastic has magazines available for all different grade levels and content areas. These magazines supplement learning by engaging students with interesting stories at their level. PTO provides subscriptions to these magazines for teachers who choose to use them in their classrooms.




Time for Kids

Time has magazines for kids available for all different grade levels that keep students informed of current events. These magazines are a great way to make students aware of what is going on in the world around them and prepare them to be an informed and a good global citizen. PTO provides subscriptions to these magazines for teachers who choose to use them in their classrooms.





The PTO purchased a set of 30 Chromebooks and a cart for storage and charging for the 4th and 5th grade students. Providing them with and extra cart of Chromebooks will provide the students with more quality time on the educational programs they use in the classroom.




littleBits STEAM Kits

This littleBits education kit integrates hands-on STEAM learning into the classroom. This gives students the opportunity to learn engineering and design.
